I asked for it to be made sharp, but maybe because they did a dermal graft on the nasal tip, it became bulky. Even after waiting 6 months it didn’t improve, so I got revision surgery elsewhere.
My nose is bulbous and my skin is on the thick side, so dermal grafting should not be done carelessly, but my nasal tip became very bulky.
It was autologous costal cartilage and silicone, so the existing autologous costal cartilage was used as is, and I had silicone replacement plus dermal grafting.
The design wasn’t bad.
