I had a severe hump nose and severe rhinitis, so I always lived with sneezing and a runny nose. I was especially so stressed by how my nasal tip drooped when I smiled. I had always been very stressed about my nose, but through a recommendation from an acquaintance, I learned about functional cosmetic rhinoplasty and ended up getting surgery. Since it was my first time even having a consultation for something like this, I felt really awkward and hesitant, but fortunately, when I went for my consultation, there were many other men there too, so I felt a bit relieved lololol The hospital I went to was an ENT rhinoplasty specialty hospital, and the examination was very professional. They examined even the inside of my nose extremely thoroughly, and they had a lot of up-to-date equipment, so I could feel that the surgery would be carried out safely and systematically. I heard that men often get custom implants so the nasal bridge can connect naturally, so for the nose I wanted, I also decided on a custom implant. For the nasal tip, they used my septum, and I had hump nose correction and osteotomy together~ For the functional nose surgery, I had septal deviation correction and rhinitis surgery together, so now I have an ideal nose with no hump and no rhinitis. Since the hospital also collaborated with ENT, the reimbursement from actual-expense insurance for functional nose surgery went very smoothly, and they explained these parts well too. I really strongly feel that I made the right choice getting my nose surgery here. I knew nothing, but the hospital guided me so well that I was able to get my rhinoplasty without major worries. My hump is gone and breathing has become easier, so I really want to highly recommend functional cosmetic rhinoplasty.
