Does anyone know why they do that? Leaving the nasal support in the nose means it’s tied/fixed, so maybe it feels pinched, or maybe the facial expression looks too stiff. In my heart, I want to go back to my natural nose, so I want to take everything out, but during consultations they usually recommend leaving it in, you know. So I keep wavering back and forth. On top of that, my first surgery used autologous costal cartilage ㅠㅠ I’m removing it because it looks foreign-like, in my case
