It’s been about a month since my surgery now. The wait time was about 1 hour because I had something beforehand and ended up being a bit late. The consultation staff member tried to help me relax because I was nervous, consulting with me in a familiar and comfortable way. She felt appropriately professional, like a plastic surgery clinic consultant manager, and appropriately good at stepping back. She didn’t recommend unnecessary things. The doctor did seem busy, but the doctor also didn’t push other recommendations. When I asked questions about my concerns, he checked whether they were possible and then clearly told me yes or no, so I trusted him. That’s why I chose this place. It went well.
