I had a consultation for a cleft lip, and I had two consultations. During the first consultation, they didn’t answer my questions and just showed me photos as if they found it a bit bothersome, and that was it. I somehow didn’t get a definite answer, so I had a second consultation. It was better than the first consultation, but I still didn’t get a proper detailed explanation, so I felt a bit uneasy. However, the surgical method did make some sense.
