During the consultation, the director kept telling me to ask anything I was curious about (without seeming bothered), and that was very good. They told me to keep asking questions until I had nothing left to ask lol. The line was fine too, and they said my eyes would turn out well, so I thought about it, but the director seemed more specialized in noses than eyes, so I just didn’t do it. But I do think it would have turned out well even if I had done it. The consultant was friendly at first, but when I said I’d think about it a bit more, they immediately became cold, so that felt a bit off
