It has been about a month and a half now, and somehow the nasal tip keeps dropping-_- I really just wish the angle of the nasal tip would go up a little.. Doctors shape it by hand when the silicone implant bends, you know. Then it seems to return straight.. If they shape it together, could the nasal tip also go up a bit by any chance.. I cannot have surgery again because of this
