After nose surgery;

It's been a little over a month now. I had a silicone bridge placed and had bulbous nose correction~ plus an osteotomy ㅡㅡ My skin is naturally oily, so I already had a lot of sebum and oil, but recently because I had my nostrils done and couldn't wash properly for a while, I think that's why I got severe pimples on the glabella, philtrum, and nasal bridge after the nose surgery. Really severe. My skin isn't that good to begin with, but I never really had pimples before, and this is the first time in my life I've had this many It's so stressful,,, does this happen to other people too?? The doctor said it's not inflammation, but even so, it's just too many, so I can't even pop them, and that makes me even more stressed ㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷ And I had a long nose, a bulbous nose, and an upturned nose, but I didn't raise the tip of my nose. It wasn't like my nose was especially low to begin with, so I just stayed quiet and let the doctor do it As the swelling went down, I felt greedy because the tip looked low, so I asked the doctor, and he said if he lifts it more, the nose will tilt up more, and if he lowers it, the nose will look longer, so he had been thinking about that even during the surgery, I heard He said that after 2~3 months, when the flesh gets softer, I can have it raised a bit more again. You all know what I mean, right? Every day after nose surgery, I was getting injections at the hospital and what was it,,, I had no life of my own, I can endure the pain of the surgery itself, but honestly the mental stress afterward is what feels even bigger. Nose surgery is seriously ㅡㅡ I just came back from my hospital follow-up today and I feel even more depressed, completely. I want to be greedy, but if I do that again, sigh............ Should I just leave it as is....... It doesn't even seem that noticeable, and only the bridge is high, so I'm not satisfied
