My nasal tip is still lifted, and the nasal tip is hard. I didn’t have it removed because of inflammation. Why is the nasal tip so hard? Um, and the part where the nasal tip connects to the columella. The color and shape look unnatural, do you happen to know why that might be? How are those of you who had removal doing?
