Review 2 Weeks After Bulbous Nose Surgery as a Self-Employed Man

<Before surgery><Before surgery><Before surgery><Day 7><Day 7><Day 14><Day 14>Hello, I’m a self-employed man in my 20s! Ever since I was young, I had a bit of a complex about my nose compared with other men. When I actually went for an initial consultation to get nose surgery, the price was a little shocking, and I was scared too, so I just lived while only thinking about it. Then somehow I quit my company and started my own business. As I started dealing with customers a lot, I began to feel that I should get nose surgery. Of course, it’s not that I wanted to look good for customers lolololol But because of the nature of the store, many female customers visit, and even when hiring part-time staff, I think first impressions are important, so I thought I should manage my image! To explain what my nose complex was, the tip of my nose was wide and blunt, a bulbous nose. My nostrils/alar base were large and spread out to the sides, so I didn’t like the dull-looking impression it gave. When I said I was stressed because of my bulbous nose, my family and relatives said it was a nose that brings good fortune, but isn’t that all an old saying now lololol Because my nostrils/alar base were wide, I think it was severe in that my nasal bridge looked like it was not there at all. So I wanted to raise the nasal bridge a bit while improving the bulbous nose, and after going to a plastic surgery consultation through an acquaintance’s referral, I successfully had custom nose surgery! lol Originally, I wasn’t interested in these kinds of cafes, blogs, or communities, but while running my own business, things like this started catching my eye one by one. Since I keep looking at reviews for my own store too, yeah. These days, with Baemin and all, once reviews are posted, they spread to Instagram or Threads in an instant lololol The internet is too scary for me.. Anyway, as I naturally became interested in this area, here I am writing a cosmetic surgery review. I didn’t fail, the surgery was done well, and if I leave a review, in any case both I and the hospital feel good about it, so I decided to leave one. First, when I went for the hospital consultation, the front desk staff were so kind that it actually put me in a good mood. It’s not that I had been feeling bad lolololol For the consultation, I called two days in advance and made an appointment, so fortunately the wait was short and I had the consultation right away. At the hospital I went to for a consultation before, I think the consultant just looked at my nose and gave me an estimate, but here, they started with a CT scan and the director explained everything carefully. If I had gone to a hospital that gave an estimate just by looking at the outside, it could have been a big problem… While looking at the CT scan images, they checked the internal structure of my nose and the condition of the bones and cartilage, and they asked me to describe the kind of nose I wanted, so I said I wanted to improve the bulbous nose and raise the nasal bridge while keeping a natural look. Looking at my nose, they measured my facial proportions and pointed out the nose height, length, and angle. It was so detailed, like the process of doing 3D printing, so it was kind of fascinating lololol Lastly, I had the final consultation with the consultant?, and they took and printed a side-profile photo, then explained how the surgical direction should be planned, so I had custom nose surgery. On the day of surgery, before going in, we confirmed the design once again, and they showed me the custom-made implant that would go into my nose before proceeding. Since the nose is known to be rather risky, and I know there are many revision surgeries, I was scared, but maybe because it was custom-made, I think I was at least a bit less worried. It was a 4 mm custom nasal implant, autologous costal cartilage, septal cartilage, and alar reduction! I’m now at week 2. How is the before-and-after comparison?! Does it look like it turned out well?!!
