I had fat grafting + revision rhinoplasty~ My original nose was wide and flat-looking, and the bones were spread widely too For my first surgery, I only had alar incision/ear cartilage/silicone but it barely showed and still looked very bluntㅠㅠ So I had revision surgery this time~ This time I had osteotomy/septal cartilage/donated cartilage/silicone like this Maybe because I definitely had an osteotomy, the bruising and swelling are still much worse than during my first surgeryㅠㅠ Anyway, I hope I can wash my face soon
