Before, I posted because I was deliberating about costal cartilage.. I had decided to use ear cartilage, but after hearing reviews that costal cartilage is okay for a short nose, I got 2 mm silicone and costal cartilage for the nasal tip... fully open rhinoplasty... On the day of surgery and the first day, blood kept dripping from my nose.. Today, my nose is running nonstop.. Ah.. the swelling is at its peak.. Even without looking in the mirror, when I look down I can see my cheeks +_+ Cigarettes....................I want to smoke............. On the day of surgery I couldn’t hold back and smoked 2, and the next day I smoked 1... Ah........more than the pain in my nose... the withdrawal symptoms are... so intense How are other smokers holding back↗ ... Sob I want to smoke, I want to smoke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
