After Nose Surgery!!! (Please help me figure out what to do)

I had nose surgery at ㅇㅇ Plastic Surgery in Apgujeong (2 years ago). But my nose kept deviating in the same direction, so I had revision surgery, and after a long time, when I went back to the hospital, they said it was crooked as if I had been hit by someone, and that it needed to be corrected again. So of course I decided to get it corrected again, and we agreed to set the date whenever convenient.. The problem starts now. At times my nose was so blocked, and it felt like one side of my nose was blocked as if I had a cold, so I went to an ENT clinic. At the ENT clinic, they said, 'Your nasal septum is deviated too much.' So I asked what that meant, and they said it was a deviated septum.. They said there was a high possibility that I had nose surgery when my nose was already deviated from the beginning. Honestly, I can’t even see inside my own nose, and I’m not sensitive about nasal congestion, so I wasn’t paying much attention to it. But they said my septum had completely turned to the right, and that I needed surgery to straighten it right away. So I asked the director at the hospital where I had surgery, and he said he does not touch the septum, that he only built up the roof. He said that when he opened inside my nose, if the septum had been turned a lot, the nasal bone would have been turned too, but it was not very deviated, so he just performed the procedure.. that’s what he said. Then he said he knows a professor at St. Mary’s Hospital, and wrote me a medical referral letter to go there, so I even went to St. Mary’s Hospital... The professor at St. Mary’s Hospital also said, why did you go to plastic surgery first, before having nose surgery you should have come to ENT first.. Even at the large hospital, they said it was very severe and that I needed surgery, but honestly I didn’t know it was this severe. What should I do in a situation like this.. I don’t know what to do now. Is this something I should confront ㅇㅇ Plastic Surgery about from the start? When I had my first nose surgery, they must have performed it because there were obviously no problems, and after the surgery, when they removed the stitches and did various things, they must have looked inside my nose. And, even after revision surgery, it kept deviating in the same direction. If I had not known now that my septum had turned, then of course even if I had this correction surgery, it would have ended up back at square one... It makes me wonder how a plastic surgeon for nose surgery could have performed the procedure without knowing something ENT doctors can tell is deviated just by shining a light inside the nostril... Anyway.. the conclusion is I need the silicone nose surgery done, and I also need surgery to correct the deviated septum. I really resent the ㅇㅇ Plastic Surgery where I first had it done.. What should I do, everyone... Please give me some advice.. I wrote this as things came to mind, so the order may not make sense, but thank you for reading
