Day 2 after revision rhinoplasty

Hello, it's been a really long time. Four years ago, I had surgery at a regular hospital (an unlicensed place;;) with L-shaped silicone, and this time, after 4 years, I had revision surgery. They say L-shaped silicone has severe side effects, but for me, other than occasional itching, I didn't have any side effects. But since my nasal cartilage was spread apart, I wanted to bring it together, and I also wanted to make it higher, so I had revision surgery.. As you can see in the photo, my nasal ala area is very wide.. Right after the first surgery, it seemed like the cartilage came together a little, but once the swelling went down, it went back to how it was before~ But with this revision surgery, the nasal tip is different from the start.. Even after the swelling goes down, I think the cartilage will be gathered to some extent~^^ For the surgery, they used the cartilage inside my nose, septal cartilage? for the nasal tip. For the nasal bridge, I only know they used silicone..;; How many millimeters and things like that, I was too out of it, so I don't really know..;; I haven't had the splint removed yet, so I only have photos of my nostrils~ I hope Saturday comes quickly so I can have the stitches removed and the splint taken off too~ It aches and hurts, butㅠㅠ right now I'm so happy~ After stitch removal, I'll add photos and write another post~^^
