I'm planning to have revision surgery for a crooked nose, but regular silicone somehow makes me uneasy, and there are a lot of reviews saying dermis gets absorbed and satisfaction drops, so that doesn't seem great either I really don't know whether I should just go with no implant for peace of mind. I've booked consultations at ㅁㅎ, ㅁㅇㄷㅇ, ㅇㄷ, and ㅇㄴㅂ, but from the reviews, it seems like unless it's contracture, they mostly use silicone a lot I'm also considering FitMeKo, but I wonder if that's basically still silicone anyway... Is it very different? Since it's customized, I feel like the cost difference will be big too. What do you think?

구루루 Regular and customized are very different. I heard customized ones are made to fit the shape of your own nose exactly, so there is less lifting or movement, and that's why they're used a lot for cases like yours, such as crooked noses or bulbous noses. I had surgery with FitMeKo at ㅁㅎ.
