First of all, because I live far away, the only places I went to for consultations were ㅍㄹㅁ and ㅅㅅㅇ. At ㅅㅅㅇ, they said that when silicone is removed, in most cases the nose is compressed/depressed, so they would refine that area, and since my original nose is on the shorter side, if it seemed during surgery that the nose would become upturned, we decided to support it with the septal cartilage. But during the consultation, there were parts where what they said differed from ㅍㄹㅁ. ㅍㄹㅁ said that because there is a risk of contracture later, we should do the surgery in a way that cleanly removes even the capsule. ㅅㅅㅇ said that removing the capsule would also make the skin thinner, and that contracture does not occur because of the capsule.
