For everyone who had reinforcement because you were worried that removal surgery might cause a step-off or translucency, could you tell me what material you used? I’m also curious whether you regret choosing that material. Since I had septal extension in my first surgery, I was thinking of removing the extension and, while doing that, crushing/using the septal cartilage to lay it over the nasal bridge area with the step-off. But I’m worried it might actually make the translucency worse. I also thought about filling the step-off with autologous dermis, but the absorption rate is high, so I’m afraid the filled area might sink againㅜㅜ But if I just remove it without any reinforcement, I’m worried I won’t like the shape.
