김떡쑤니 If it’s your 3rd surgery, I do think you’ll need to use autologous costal cartilage ㅁㅇㄷㅇ does a lot of autologous costal cartilage surgeries, so if you get a consultation and then decide, you should be fine.
나야나 If you want the nasal tip to be a bit more defined and raised, using autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage is better. I think I’ve seen Made Young and JT mentioned as good for revision rhinoplasty.
