Since I already had some nasal bridge height, even if they recommended silicone, it was about 1.5 mm? Because I wanted a natural-glam to glamorous look, there was talk of raising it a bit, but they said if I did not want even that, I did not have to do it. I did not like my nose shape itself, but I thought it was fortunate that I had a nasal bridge lol In the end, I did not put in silicone, but once the nasal tip was raised, it looked higher overall, and the broad, flat-looking impression completely disappeared, so I am satisfied. It was implant-free, but the cost was still pretty high. The pain was not especially severe, and it turned out well. Since I like it for now, I am okay with it....... Up until the one-month mark, honestly I was about 70-80% satisfied, but once all the residual swelling went down, my satisfaction went up a lot lol
