After doing a lot of research online, I went to the clinic where actor [Person A] had a philtrum and nose surgery. I ended up having surgery here: philtrum, nostril widening, nostril rim lifting, nose tip revision, and corner-of-the-mouth correction. Since it was also a revision at the nose tip, I used donated rib cartilage, and I think it looks much better than before. It has only been about 2 months since surgery, so the remaining swelling has gone down quite a bit too, and overall my face used to look rather weak, but the biggest difference I feel is that it has become more refined.
