First of all, before surgery, you could basically say I had almost no nasal bridge, and my nasal tip was also blunt. I debated whether or not to use autologous costal cartilage as the material for my nose surgery, but since I was going through with it anyway, I just used autologous costal cartilage! I used autologous costal cartilage because I wanted to finish it in one go without revision surgery, and it feels sturdy, and my nose definitely became more defined, so I have no regrets. I’m satisfied because it doesn’t look like a nose that’s separate from my face, and I think my image changed a lot too. As for autologous costal cartilage pain, other than stiffness near my chest in the beginning, there wasn’t anything especially difficult, and I really like the shape itself I think I’m even more satisfied because the nasal tip didn’t turn out too pointy
