Finally came back after improving my bulbous-nose complex,,,, My nose tip was unusually round compared to my bridge, so depending on the lighting or angle, the condition of my face would change a lot and it stressed me out,,,, From the front, all the dimensionality just disappeared, so tip correction was a must... I always took photos only at a 45-degree angle, but I can't walk around sideways I wanted to turn my face from a round, dull impression into something more refined, so I decided to have surgery..!! My ideal look is a naturally delicate, compact face, but I was worried plastic surgery would make me look unnatural, so I spent a long time just going from clinic to clinic Then I liked the consultation with the surgeon, so I decided on this place, and while saying I wanted to reduce the flat, dull feeling from the front, I emphasized a lot that I wanted a naturally prettier result without implants (I didn't want it to look too obviously operated on..) So we decided to improve the bulbous nose by refining the tip without implants! And we also decided to correct the columella and short nose so the nostrils wouldn't show too much from the front!! This was my first cosmetic procedure, so I wanted a detailed consultation, and the surgeon understood my needs perfectly,,, They considered my facial proportions and explained a direction that would harmonize with my eyes and mouth, so I was very worried but also felt somewhat reassured... + And they said if the goal was to raise the bridge and make it look sharper, the bridge would also need to be done, but my ideal wasn't about making it taller at all; I just wanted to correct the bulbous tip, so I only did the tip!! Just for reference I kept visiting clinics until I found one whose aesthetics matched mine, so the result came out exactly the way I wanted and I'm so satisfied!! As the thick, bulbous tip became slimmer, people look more at my eyes, and the overall balance of my face improved!! It makes me want to take photos. My nose used to have no effect even with contouring at all(), but now I can clearly feel the before-and-after difference... People around me say my face looks smaller, and I guess they really do say the nose is the center of the face.. I'm glad I did it For a few days right after removing the splint, only the tip looked very upturned and I was worried, but it was swelling! And as it gradually went down, it settled in well!! (At first, you probably don't need to worry about the shape because of swelling! Time heals everything...) I'd heard that doing only the tip could create a step, but I really like how naturally it continues from my original bridge,,, I was seriously worried about that part, but all my worries disappeared In a few months it will probably be barely noticeable and look just like my natural nose, so I'm looking forward to it
