Personally, I think my front-facing photos look handsome, and by my standards, up until recently, I haven’t had any problems meeting women by managing my facial expressions and so on. But the more it shifts to the side view, the less I can cover it with facial expressions, and because my nasal bones are wide, it gives a strong rough and blunt impression. Since I also lack three-dimensional definition, my nasolabial folds look more prominent too. After getting a consultation, I was told that if lateral nasal osteotomy is done along the nasal bridge, the nasolabial folds could improve to some extent, and the impression of looking like I have a protruding mouth could also be covered by refining the nasal bridge line, so I’m thinking of trying surgery once.
