Anyway, there hasn’t been any change in the shape so far, and I’m really satisfied with the shape. I think only some minor swelling is still left. There’s nothing visibly strange, and I don’t have any discomfort!! I had surgery at Miho using donated costal cartilage, septal cartilage, silicone, and ear cartilage. I put my current photos together with the old ones so it would be easy to compare. Back then, my nasal bridge was really low and I didn’t have much columella. But now I have a nasal bridge, and my columella looks rounded and natural. The director made it into the pretty shape I wanted, without making it excessive, so I’m really satisfied…. People around me also keep saying it turned out well, so I feel proud and happy. Now, every time I look in the mirror, I can really feel how different I look, and I think my self-esteem has gone up a lot compared to before surgery!
