I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage at DN 2 years ago. For my first surgery, I had it done with donor costal cartilage, but as time passed, the tip of my nose kept becoming crooked and drooping Every time I looked at my side profile, it looked like a witch’s nose, so I was stressed. For the revision, I looked into DN and went there with the thought that I should get it done once and for all at a somewhat expensive place. It’s been 2 years now, and for now, the nasal tip is holding up well, so I’m satisfied.
