It has already been one month since I had medial epicanthoplasty, upper epicanthoplasty, and autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty with the head director at a plastic surgery clinic! Now that I am at this point, it barely looks obvious that I had surgery, and most of the swelling has gone down! I am now so used to my operated face that my preoperative photos feel more awkward.. lololol Before surgery, I did have a little worry like, 'What if it looks too artificial?' But as time has passed and both my eyes and nose have naturally settled into my face, I think there is really no need to worry at all. Especially the opened inner corners and upper parts of my eyes are so nice because the scars are gradually fading and looking natural. Many people do not even realize I had canthoplasty and just react like, 'Oh, your eyes were originally clear and defined~' My nose still feels a bit tight, but since it has only been one month, they say that is natural. It feels like I am getting prettier as time goes by, so these days every time I take photos, I am seriously suuuuper satisfied! Needless to say from the front, the side line is so smooth, my nostrils no longer flare when I smile, and because the nasal bridge and nasal tip feel firm, I am confident from any angle now. Side-profile confidence I never had before.. lololol The autologous costal cartilage scar has now faded so much that it barely shows, and there is no pain. At first, this area hurt so much after surgery, but now that it has been exactly one month, the time I spent worrying feels like such a waste... Especially when I do makeup, my eyes and nose stand out so well that makeup feels like it applies much better. If only my skin gets better, I think my satisfaction will really hit 1000%. Overall, to me, it feels like more than 80-90% of the swelling has gone down, and scars or bruising are almost not visible. People around me say that if I do not tell them I had surgery, they probably would not know.. lol The satisfaction is enough to make me forget how hard the surgery was!!!! I like it so much now at one month that I hope the swelling does not go down more and make my nose lower or anything like that Could the swelling go down more from now and make the nasal tip drop or something like that?
