I had experience getting nose surgery about 10 years ago, but as time passed, uncomfortable issues started to come up. I could feel something hard near the glabella area, and I also started having symptoms where my nose kept running. More than anything, I wanted to improve the short nose caused by the previous surgery, and I strongly wanted to recreate it naturally with a straight-to-slightly-curved line. I also hoped it would make my philtrum look shorter if possible. Because I had these various needs, there was a lot to explain each time I had a consultation, but consultations at other hospitals felt rather perfunctory. But when I consulted with Director Lee Seung-chan at TS, he quickly understood the parts I wanted, and he conducted the consultation mainly around the current discomfort and the things I was concerned about, so I developed trust, thinking, “He really understands the condition of my nose.” In the end, I decided to have the surgery, and now the uncomfortable symptoms are gone. More than anything, my short nose has improved noticeably, so I’m really satisfied. The straight-to-slightly-curved line I wanted also came out naturally, and there’s even an effect of making my philtrum look shorter, so my overall facial balance has become much better. From consultation to surgery and recovery, he paid a lot of attention, and I’m grateful. He is a director I definitely want to recommend to people who are considering revision surgery like me!
