I had alar base reduction and only the nasal tip was raised with ear cartilage, but maybe the ear cartilage was positioned incorrectly, because the nasal bridge and nasal tip look a bit crooked, and that caused nostril asymmetry too (it's definitely asymmetrical,,) It didn't come gradually; it was noticeable right after the surgery But since it was my first surgery, I didn't really know, and I did talk about it, but they kept saying it was okay, so I let it pass,,, sigh It's been 3 years since I had it done, but lately it's bothering me again, so I'm wondering whether I should remove the nose work entirely,, or whether I should have surgery for the nostril asymmetry I just don't know which would be more appropriate I've gone to consultations at places famous for each option, but I really don't know which would be right, sigh When I listen to one person, that person seems right.. when I listen to another person, that person seems right..
