Please give me advice about nose surgery

For the nasal tip, I’m planning to either remove everything, or leave a little of the support strut and remove everything / partially remove it. The problem is the nasal bridge. During my first surgery, I had osteotomy, but one side went in too much, so it looks sunken, or that area seems to be floating, and because there’s no bony support, the nasal bridge looks wider. In cases like this, is it better to just live with it, or can the wall of the nasal bridge be built up with ear cartilage or autologous dermis?
