<Before><Before><After><After>Immediately after double-jaw surgery to 1 month At first, I felt nauseated because of the general anesthesia, and my mouth was so dry that it was hard I couldn’t sleep properly and could barely eat, so it felt very frustrating. But as the swelling gradually went down and I did mouth-opening exercises, I could feel things getting a little more comfortable. Around the 1-month mark, my friends saw my changed face and were so happy for me, so I felt really good haha 2~3 months A lot of the swelling went down, and I was able to eat well, mainly noodles! I also went on walks diligently and focused on recovery. During this period, rather than regretting the surgery, I kept thinking I had really done the right thing, and my confidence slowly began to grow haha 4~6 months Now my sensation has almost returned, and my face looks natural too! People around me said my face had become much prettier, so I was really happy Before, I avoided taking photos because of my facial asymmetry and protruding jaw, but now taking photos has become enjoyable! From this period on, I gained a little weight, but I think it’s okay because it’s from being happy haha 7~8 months I became confident enough to wear styles like a sharp bob, and I felt comfortable enough that I forgot I had surgery! People around me said it was so natural they wouldn’t know I had surgery, so I felt proud haha And I’m also proud that I can honestly share my experience with friends or people who are interested and help them. 9~10 months As I controlled the weight I had gained a bit, I could clearly feel the change in my face shape! Before, editing photos was essential when taking pictures, but now my face looks pretty even without editing, so I’m so happy They said I can get my braces removed next month, so I’m really looking forward to it haha When I think back to when it hadn’t been long since my double-jaw surgery, it was hard, but now I’m living with no regrets and am very satisfied. I really want to say this to people who had many worries before surgery! If you just get through the hard early period, you can become happier every day like this and definitely gain confidence haha I hope you all get great results like I did!
