I had surgery a bit urgently before the Lunar New Year holiday. Because my nasal tip shape was a very sunken-in style, they pulled out and extended the septum, and added more ear cartilage to the nasal tip area. For the nasal bridge, I used silicone.. The bridge wasn’t raised that much, and the focus was on the nasal tip. I also had paranasal augmentation done at the same time.. The paranasal area doesn’t feel as foreign as I expected, and I was worried because they said it could make my nose look upturned, but my nostrils don’t show. The overall nose shape came out in the style I wanted, and most of all, I’m satisfied because it looks natural and not obvious.. Also, I had a bit of a protrusive look.. My teeth don’t protrude severely, just slightly.. But because my nose was recessed, my mouth looked even more protruded, and that protrusive look has improved a lot too. I used to hear a lot that I looked too childish, but after surgery I look a bit more sophisticated, so I like it haha. I’m actually hearing a lot that my image looks very different.
