2-week review... My skin looks hopeless..

I've hit the 2-week mark. I went to get the stitches removed on day 10~ But while removing the stitches.. a beginner nurse made a wound on my nasal tip; about 1.0g..;; I put on a regeneration bandage for half a day, and it doesn't show~ That's about it. Now the pain around my nose is okay too. And I've become a master at washing my hair by myself without bending my head down. I work overtime a lot, so I don't have time to go to a salon to wash it, and at my age, asking my mom.. to wash it for me when I get home late at night is embarrassing.. Anyway, I wash it by myself without lowering my head. The trick is to tilt your head to the side as much as possible. As slowly as possible.. very carefully~ For the bangs area, I put a shield with my hand in front of my forehead~. It takes a long time, but it does get washed. But I think about 12 drops of water seem to get in. Anyway, before getting nose surgery.. after reading posts, nose surgery.. felt really difficult.. I saw a lot of side effects too, and aftercare was picky.. Of course, it's not easy. I have an obsession with washing, so I showered after two days and started washing my hair by myself on day 4;;; I had no nosebleeds and no bruising. And from the day of surgery until now, I've been burning through half a pack of cigarettes a day. They say smoking is hit or miss, but instead, I'm a woman who can't drink one drop of alcohol. Yesterday, without realizing it.. I unconsciously blew my nose.. I was shaking, but it's okay. But it keeps feeling like the silicone is crooked.. Well, I think I'll know after going in at the 1-month mark, and I think I can accept this level of crookedness. It might look strange if it were too straight, like measured with a ruler..;; But it doesn't really look like I had plastic surgery...;; When I told acquaintances I hadn't seen in a while, "I had nose surgery.." everyone made this -_- face and said they couldn't tell.. They said it didn't show..;; It doesn't feel worth the money at all........ Among the only comments saying it shows~ someone said your side profile.. looks like Kim Hyun-joong... Well, I don't know if that's good or bad..; Anyway, with sebum and dead skin on my nose.. and even a pimple on the glabella and nasal bridge................... Since I can't scrub my face clean.. it looks hopeless..
