Because my side profile was a mess, I had surgery. From the consultation stage, I kept asking them to do something about how my nose would be more properly visible from the side while making my lower face look less protruded. I had surgery at the place that, during consultations, drew on photos and designed everything in a way I liked. The columella and nasolabial angle both came out really well, too. Before surgery, I think I fell asleep after telling the surgeon to please take good care of the scars, lol During aftercare, they also checked the sutured areas carefully, right? I even got scar laser treatment on the columella. Now I can’t really see any scar tissue or raised scar tissue separately, so that’s nice haha My lower face used to look protruded, but once my nose was lifted, my side profile became a lot softer.
