Nose Surgery Reviews

Nose surgery consultation, I’m debating whether to get alar reduction or not

I went for consultations for my first nose surgery Both clinics said there was no need to do it and that I have a good-looking nose, but how should I describe my nose? Hmm I have a nasal bridge, but not at the glabella; it starts from below that, so there’s no upper part. But my nose isn’t too high either, and it looks okay from the side, but from the front, if I don’t contour, it has no dimension and looks plain I’d say my nose has a slight bulbous-nose tendency Both Jeongseok / Sein clinics said I don’t need work on the nasal bridge.. Jeongseok They said it’s right to operate only on the nasal tip using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. If I also do alar reduction, my face will not look harmonious. So they did not recommend alar reduction, and did not recommend silicone either (if I really want to decide on something, dermis is also possible) They said lifting only the nasal tip would be enough. They said a natural result with minimal surgery would suit me. Sein Nasal tip surgery with ear cartilage / need alar reduction (perform alar reduction with an internal incision method) / cutting the nasal tip muscle Like Jeongseok, they said there is no need for silicone because it is already high enough. I liked both consultations, and I liked that both advised me in a direction that would suit my face. I liked both, so I think the issue is whether to do alar reduction or not. Should I do the minimal surgery, or just do it while I’m at it? Whew After going to the consultations, I’m even more torn. What should I do about alar reduction?
