I just had a nostril reduction and came back!! It was done with sedation anesthesia. I had one more consultation with the surgeon right before going into surgery! I asked to be woken up in the middle to check, so they woke me up and asked if this amount was okay, and I answered that it was okay. But maybe because of the anesthesia, I don’t remember it. haha… And as soon as I looked in the mirror right after, it looked the same size as before, so I was like, what is this…? The doctor said it is because of swelling, so I guess I need to wait a bit. After surgery, I lay in the recovery room for about 15 minutes, then the surgeon came by once to check on me and confirmed it! The symmetry is fitting very well, and although I can’t see the exact shape yet because of swelling, I think it looks very natural! (Just as a reference, this is definitely not brokerage-related.) Since I also had the nostril reduction after thinking about it for a long time, if everyone here wants to do it, make sure you visit many hospitals for consultation and check the surgeon’s aesthetic approach well before deciding to do it!!
