I had it done at a hospital famous for revision surgery. At the time, the trend was for almost everyone to have surgery using implants, but because my nasal bridge was high, there was no need to put in an implant, so instead I only had osteotomy and nasal tip elevation (ear cartilage + septal cartilage). When having surgery, I said I wanted to reduce my nostril wings, but they said it would naturally get smaller after surgery and that I could decide later, so I did not do it. There is still no drooping of the nasal tip, and considering I did it without being greedy, I think it turned out well. I am very satisfied because I also do not have to worry about silicone side effects.
