Having 15-year-old double-jaw surgery pins removed is really not something to underestimate. It really hurts... When I had double-jaw surgery, they at least gave me a pain-control pump, but for pin removal there was no mercy;; Everyone, please get your pins removed after 1 year. Make sure you do it. If you don’t remove the pins, you will definitely regret it. The pins show up so clearly on dental panoramic X-rays, and on MRI or CT scans during health checkups... plus even a strange aching sensitivity when cold winter wind hits... I had a total of 27 removed, and it feels so, so refreshing!! I’ll keep posting updates on my progress.
