Cheekbones*square jaw*V-line day 3

Hello.. I finally had surgery.... My jaw was not severely square, and my cheekbones were not severe either.. But compared with my body, my face shape was large.. I had lived for a long time hearing that I looked strong.. and cold, so I made a big decision and had surgery three days ago.. On the first day, I fasted and got onto the operating table.. like people here, I kept saying I was scared. scared.. I want to go home.. Then, in that moment, the anesthesia took effect quickly, and when I opened my eyes, there were bandages on my face.. When I was waking from anesthesia.. aside from it being hard because I was a bit dizzy, it did not hurt at all.. Maybe because I did not do my nose.. I could breathe very well too.. My throat stung because of the tube, about like the early stage of a cold.. It hurt a little when swallowing saliva, but after having such a major surgery, that much is nothing.... On the first day in the hospital room, I was dizzy too.. I just kept sleeping and waking up in an endless repeat. I did not call the nurse once... I played games alone, then slept... Isn’t that strange? I had lurked here so much before going.. and I had heard that after surgery, from opening your eyes until three days before, it is death.. it hurts so much.. I went in after hearing things like that.. I am seriously very easily scared and complain about pain a lot, but.. it really does not hurt, to the point that if you told me to do it once more right away, I could.. Even now on day 3, I do not have much bruising.. I just walk around.. There is nowhere that hurts. On the first day, was it not painful because I had a pain-control injection? Will the pain come once this is removed? I was scared.. Oh, for me they did not put the blood drainage tube inside my mouth, but behind my ear.. Maybe because of that, breathing through my mouth felt comfortable Even when they removed it.. I did not really know it hurt... (just slightly unpleasant) Now it is day 3. I was discharged wearing the facial compression band, and tomorrow is the day I go to the clinic Because of the compression band it feels so stuffy~~ I can take it off tomorrow, right? They said I did not need cold compresses and did not even give me packs.. Will they give them tomorrow? Right now I am just diligently gargling and taking my medicine.
