Facial contouring, nose, eyes... full face, 3 weeks in...

I’m currently 3 weeks post-op, but I didn’t take any photos... In the photos... before surgery >> immediately after surgery >> 1 week post-op >> the very last ones after taking off the nasal cast were taken at 2 weeks post-op. It doesn’t really show in the photos, but until week 2 I could only open my mouth about one finger-width.. Now it’s exactly 3 weeks, and I can open it two finger-widths.. Since I had surgery on the front chin and through intraoral incisions, the swelling inside my mouth still hasn’t gone down Other than the swelling around my eyes and inside my mouth, there’s basically no swelling at all-ㅅ-.. For my eyes, I had full-incision double eyelid surgery.. For my nose.. I originally had a slight hump.. They shaved that down and placed the thinnest silicone implant on top, they said.. The nasal tip is ear cartilage... For my cheekbones, I had reduction surgery.. For the square jaw and front chin, they did osteotomies and brought the chin forward, and I think they probably refined the jawline too. I didn’t go into details like how many millimeters to insert, or what kind of full-incision method would be best, without that kind of consultation.. I left everything to the head doctor.. He seemed very confident.. At other hospitals, they told me to get fat grafting, or for paranasal augmentation to add fat or Gore-Tex, and for chin augmentation to use an implant.. I went to several hospitals I had gathered information about from this community, but they all had pros and cons.. Some places insisted only on implants. Then it would be an implant instead of forehead fat grafting.. an implant instead of front-chin bone surgery.. an implant in the nose -ㅅ-ㄷㄷㄷ I felt like I’d become a total implant person, so I passed... and just had bone surgery.. But people say they can feel pain when the cheekbones are shaved.. I had everything done under sleep anesthesia.. When I woke up, I ate porridge right away.. I really tried not to sleep, but I fell asleep I don’t remember anything, and they only briefly woke me up when they were doing the full-incision double eyelid surgery... At that time, I opened my eyes wide a few times, and then they said they were putting me back under sleep anesthesia.. and I fell deeply asleep again.. I haven’t uploaded photos from the current 3-week point.. The very last photo is from week 2~ Originally, I thought I should write a review after surgery, but once I actually had the surgery, I felt like maybe it would be better not to write one.. But then I kept coming back to this community to check progress and things, and since I got a lot of good information.. hehe I’m posting a little too.... Please don’t repost without permission..
