These days I'm exercising at night))＊＊ I'm exercising while hoping I grow even a little taller, and please, I wish I could grow just 10 cm. lol These days I'm eating well too, and I went to the hospital recently They said my jaw could shift if I chew only on one side, so I should chew on the opposite side, so I came home and chewed on the opposite side, and the wire popped right out TTTTTTTTT So I tried using the wax I got during orthodontic treatment, but it had no effect at all, so I searched on the internet and it said to go to the hospital, but my delicate heart couldn't trouble them with such a tiny thing, and it was far too (lolololololololol) so I grabbed it with my hand and put it back in, and it fit well, just like when I had just left the hospital, so I felt proud lol These days I've become really lazy and don't do warm compresses much, but I need to pull myself together and work hard at compresses again My cheeks are puffy, and I can't tell whether this is fat or swelling TTTTTTTT please let it be swelling I've been eating well these days, so I've gotten plump
