The swelling had gone down a lot, and there was almost no bruising,,, (during the first surgery, bruising was severe)... And even after the gauze removal, I had nasal congestion almost continuously, so I kept breathing through my mouthㅠㅠㅠ When I went today, they took off the splint, said there was blood pooling inside my nose, squeezed it out and drew it out with a syringe, then put the splint back on. My nose opened up a little, but after I came home it got blocked again... I think the blood has pooled again.. Why does this happen?ㅠㅠ Is there anyone who has had surgery or any doctors here?ㅠㅠㅠ I searched on Naver but nothing detailed comes up. They say if it continues, it has to be removed...(ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ) Sighㅠㅠㅠ Is it because I had an osteotomy? I had an osteotomy during the first surgery too, and even though swelling and bruising were worse then, there was no blood pooling...
