Hello^^ I had nose & fat grafting done in Busan, and today is day 9 since the nose & fat grafting On the day it became one week, I had the splint and stitches removed, and because I had a hump nose, I only had the hump removed + osteotomy + tip done I don’t have an illusion about having a high nose, so I really just wanted the shape to be pretty, so I didn’t put silicone in the bridge Right now I’m completely satisfied, but as time passes, does it gradually get lower? I only did cold compresses for 3 days and didn’t do warm compresses either The clinic told me to do them, but somehow I felt that if I did cold and warm compresses, the swelling and bruising might go down faster, but the fat might also go down faster too Because of that, the bruising is still bluish and hasn’t gone away.. Did I do something stupid haha unnecessary haha Ah - after removing the splint, the dead skin and sebum are no joke Can I use exfoliating products that dissolve, and a nose strip that dissolves too? I don’t want to overdo it, but it looks so bad They say fat grafting has to be done up to 3 times within 30 days - They say that gives better graft survival, has anyone done it that way? The scab from the needle that injected the fat on my face fell off, and it’s a bit indented - it won’t scar, right?
