Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

I think I made it too lowㅠㅠ Please take a look~

Today is day 11 after surgery (I had slight hump osteotomy, silicone for the nasal bridge, ear cartilage for the columella/alar area, and it was done with a closed approach), The day before my surgery, I came into a community and read a lot of posts about side effects from nose surgery and posts from people saying they were removing silicone.. After that, I got so scared the day before that I even wondered whether I should just get double eyelids and not do my nose..... But as you can see from my pre-op photos, my nose was so low that if I only did double eyelids and didn’t do nose surgery, I thought the overall balance would be too off..... So I talked with my parents too, and they said if I only got double eyelids and didn’t do my nose it would probably look strange, and that I probably did need to do my nose..... My nose was really low and bluntㅠㅠ That doesn’t mean I only preferred a high nose or anything like that. I have a lot of fat on my cheeks, my forehead is somewhat wide, and maybe because my nose is short, I’ve heard that I look young a lot, so I didn’t want a mature or urban image.... And I was worried that if I got greedy, the glabella would become too high and my impression would look strong, so I just couldn’t ask the doctor to make it high... I was afraid it would turn into a nose like Jang Keun-suk’s if I made it too highㅠㅠ So the clinic I went to is originally famous for natural-looking results, and right up until just before surgery I told the doctor, please don’t make the glabella high. I asked for overall harmony, said I didn’t want a beoseon-style nose tip, and asked them not to make the nose too high..... But now that it’s done, I’m also regretting a bit, wondering if the nose ended up too low..... Of course, it’s much better than before ㅋㅋ My original nose basically had no glabella at all.... But on the other hand, because my nose is so small and short, I also wonder, if I had made it a bit higher, would it not have suited me? Since this was my first surgery, I didn’t know anything, and because I thought natural was good, I got scared in advance and didn’t know how much height would be needed to get the nose I wanted, so I feel like I didn’t clearly communicate my wishes to the doctor.... How does it look to everyone? And should I say the alae are too thick? I don’t know whether this is swelling or just how they are originally, but will the swelling go down more? Since silicone isn’t autologous tissue, I never thought it would necessarily last for my whole life anyway. So what do you think about just living with it like this for about 3-4 years, and if I really don’t like it, getting revision surgery later to make it a bit higher? What I originally wanted was Moon Chae-won’s nose, so I brought a photo on the day of surgery, but because I had the consultation after changing into the hospital gown, I couldn’t take my belongings with me, so I wasn’t able to show the doctor that photo before surgeryㅠㅠ...... At that time I wondered, should I go bring the photo and show it? but then I just didn’t......
