Worried about a third nose surgery.. nasal inflammation

I didn’t really have any complaints about my original nose, but the nasal tip drooped. Like a lion nose.;; So during summer vacation in 2009, I had surgery on the nasal tip using ear cartilage. Something started bulging out at the nasal tip. On the left side.. Oh no..; since the part sticking out on the left was higher than the actual nasal tip.. Depending on how you look at it.. this.. made my nose look more defined?? Still, it was always right in my sight.. so it bothered me After that, around spring 2010? I had it done again then... I went to the original surgeon.. At first, the doctor thought maybe the cartilage had settled in the wrong place and checked, but there was nothing particularly abnormal.. After looking for a while, he closed it up. My face looks even stranger. The protruding part on the left is... you know when we smile, there’s a part that dips inward around the nasal ala.. it’s attached there.. That area bulges out, and the left side of my nose is rounded... On top of that.. my face was bruised.. I lived with that bruise for a month. I thought so many times that I wanted to die. It’s not like I shaved bone or put in silicone, it was just cartilage... The bruise is gone now.. but my nose.. looks like a big bulbous-nosed old man’s nose. When I smile and take photos, my nose comes out completely round and huge I originally liked taking close-up photos.. But now I can’t take them like that.. Even when it gets only slightly cold, my face is fine but only my nose turns red. Inside my nose, it’s bumpy and there’s something round, and the doctor is also like, why is it like this?? That kind of reaction I also developed severe rhinitis.. Allergic rhinitis, with mucus running down the back of my throat.. ㅡㅡ My condition is I really wanted to die and was so depressed... I got a full refund from that hospital. But what good is getting all the money back.. What should I do about this.. I’m so scared to have another surgery now because my nose might get even bigger And the doctors are also reacting like, why is this like this??.. I need to know the cause to know which department to go to and whether to have surgery.. But I don’t know that When I think about it, during the first surgery, I originally had mild rhinitis, and at that time I had a runny nose (it got worse after surgery). I wonder if inflammation developed then.. and whether the reason my nose has gotten this big now, keeps turning red, and has something protruding might all be inflammation.. Do I absolutely have to remove the cartilage? Can’t it be treated with an injection somehow.. or opened up, just treat the inflammation, and close it? Only the left side needs to be done I don’t even know where to have this kind of surgery done.. Should I go to a general hospital... I don’t even know which department to go to Since this is a provincial area... I’d like to at least go to a hospital.. Please recommend a hospital too. I don’t want to have more surgery
