Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Words of comfort for those whose rhinoplasty failed.

Hello, I’m a woman who turned thirty this year. I’ve also lived for thirty years under stress because of my nose. Since birth, I had a short nose, bulbous nose, and no nasal bridge, and thanks to that ugly nose, the nickname pig nose always followed me like a shadow. When I was twenty, at my mom’s suggestion, I had rhinoplasty, and I think I lived prettily for about 2 years. After that, contracture developed, my nose turned upward again, and because my nasal bridge itself had been wide, my nose was becoming a mess again. Three years after deciding on revision surgery, I had surgery in Busan using septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone replacement, but contracture came within 2 weeks, so I took a huge amount of Rizaben and went to the hospital every single day for treatment, but there was no improvement, so I had revision surgery after 6 months. This time, the nasal tip gradually became red, blood accumulated, it swelled, and inflammation developed, so again I took antibiotics every single day, got injections, and had blood drained from my nose, but the inflammation did not improve, and my nose completely collapsed, so I had revision surgery after 3 months. For the 3rd surgery, I even had general anesthesia because costal cartilage was used, but because of the doctor who didn’t lower my upturned nose and made my nostrils uneven, I had revision surgery after 1 month.. I lived like this for 2 years. My mom comforted me by saying it was better than the collapsed nose I had when I had inflammation, lol, but is that really comfort? ㅠㅠ Every time I met people, I felt like they were only looking at my nose, and even while working, I lived almost as if I had given up on life. While having surgery several times, I also broke up with my boyfriend and lived like a wreck, but suddenly I thought I couldn’t live like this, so I went back to the hospital that had operated on me, kept persuading them until I got a refund, then went to Seoul and had surgery. Today is exactly one month since then. It was such a major surgery that they operated on my nose for 5 hours. When I woke up, it was so painful, there was a lot of bleeding, and I was extremely swollen, but I endured it while thinking about how I would look later, and now everyone says it was successful and congratulates me. There is still a little swelling left, but I feel like I’m being compensated for the ruined life I had until now, so I feel like I can finally live a little. Everyone, please have hope too,, There may be people who had it worse than me, but I think most people are probably better off than I was. The doctor said he was shocked when he opened it up, anyway everyone, when you have revision surgery, please visit many places, consult a lot with doctors, decide carefully, and make sure you become prettier.
