This was the place I went for a revision consultation because the silicone implant had bent and was visible. There were no photo or CT scans... He said the implant being visible was probably because it was inserted too close to the skin, and because I also have facial asymmetry, putting the implant in to match my nose would make the asymmetry look even worse. He suggested lowering the implant height first and using Alloderm on the nasal tip cartilage, but I passed because I was worried about the Alloderm. It seemed like he does surgery without touching things too much.
