They seem to have built a good concept on another cafe. I went in for a consultation for revision nose surgery, and they suddenly recommended donated dermis, which I hadn’t even considered, so I was taken aback (because I’m reluctant about donated dermis). They also strongly push same-day reservations here, and at first they quoted a very expensive price, then offered a huge discount if I booked that day. They said deposits were refundable, so I put one down casually, but when I tried to get it back, they deducted 10% from the refund.
