I am satisfied because my nose was very low and I had a bulbous tip. Since it was my first surgery, I told them several times to make it as natural as possible, and they really did make it natural. Now I have started to get greedy and want it a little higher. The tip of my nose seems a bit droopy, so I want that lifted too
