Go if you’re only thinking about alar reduction. Personally, I’ve heard reviews that people’s noses were ruined after surgery here, so I wouldn’t recommend major surgery. The alar reduction went well, there’s almost no scar, and it doesn’t show at all. That may also be because my skin heals well and scars don’t show easily, so if you’re someone who scars easily, has oily skin, thin skin, or fair skin, you may want to think twice about alar reduction. It’s very effective for noses where the nostrils themselves are wide.
