I had surgery 3 years ago with silicone and ear cartilage. People around me said it was pretty and turned out well, but my nose was too pointy, so I had revision surgery again this year. Silicone, septal cartilage, dermis, nostril reduction The result was satisfying, but about a month and a half later inflammation started, so I had the inflammation removed right away and the nose tip implant was replaced with dermis removed entirely and ear cartilage. But now, almost three weeks later, the nose tip is getting red and there is pain, so yesterday I had the silicone removed. I was hoping it wouldn’t be inflammation... The moment I heard they should take it out, I started crying. I felt like I had wasted time and money by needlessly touching it, and I regretted everything. And since my original nose was so low, I’m also scared of the change in appearance
